This Online Help system is intended to serve as a central information resource for OpenTech customers who access OpenPortal to do things such as:
Administer facility configuration settings that support their facility Call Center services, INSOMNIAC Kiosk installation, or INSOMNIAC Online implementation.
Administer settings and access application capabilities associated with other OpenTech applications, such as XpressCollect.
Generate OpenTech Reports to engage in monitoring and analysis activities associated with OpenTech services and applications.
