Call Duration
This report shows the total duration for calls answered by Storage Counselors.
Report Data
The following information is displayed for each call that falls within the time interval specified for the report:
Facility - The report permits multiple facility selections.
Phone Number - The phone number for the caller entered in LiveAgent! by the Storage Counselor.
Date/Time - Based on the local facility time zone.
Talk Time - Total call time, including any time on hold, beginning when the call was answered by the Storage Counselor until the call was disconnected
Call Source - If available, the Call Source associated with the number that the caller used to contact the facility.
