Web Leads
This report presents information about outbound contacts initiated by Storage Counselors in response to sales leads sent to the Call Center for facilities that use the OpenTech Live! Email service.
About Live! Email
OpenTech clients who employ the service develop custom forms and email functionality for their web site. The implementation includes a URL designed to pass the identity of the facility and the administered “Web Leads” Call Source to the OpenTech system when inquiry emails are generated.
When a prospective tenant who is interested in securing a rental unit accesses the online form and submits an inquiry, the information, which typically includes entries for a user name, contact information and preferred unit type, is emailed to the OpenTech Call Center. Storage Counselors use this information to initiate an outbound call to assist the customer with their rental inquiry.
Report Data
The following information is provided for each outbound contact initiated in response to a Live! Email service inquiry:
Date - Date and time that the outbound contact was initiated by the Storage Counselor.
Result - Call result specified by the Storage Counselor. Valid result types include the following:
Lead
Inquiry
Appointment
Reservation
Existing Customer
Name - The name submitted by the customer in the email inquiry and subsequently entered in the system by the Storage Counselor who made the call.
Call Note - Click the icon to view the Call Note that was created for the contact.
TIP: To display a Call Note in a new window while maintaining the current report output in the current window, set the Format for Excel setting to False. Alternately, you can right-click the Call Note link and select Open in New Tab or Open in New Window from the browser shortcut menu.
Rented - Indicates whether the sales prospect subsequently completed a rental transaction.
