INSOMNIAC Online Rentals
This report presents details of online rentals completed during the specified reporting period. Report outputs also include a link to the lease document generated for each rental.
Report Data
The following information is presented for each rental entry:
Facility - Name of the facility
Tenant Name - Name of the primary individual associated with the account.
Rental Date - Date that the Online rental was completed.
Amount - Total payment submitted by the new tenant when the rental was completed.
Tenant Phone - Phone number provided by the new tenant.
PMS Account - The ID assigned to the new tenant by the facility.
Lease - A link to the lease document generated for the rental.
NOTE: Links for lease documents provided in this report direct the users to the OpenPortal Document Manager page. Report users must have Document Management role permissions to access tenant documents. Otherwise, an Access Denied message will be displayed when the user attempts to access a lease.
