Document Management
This role allows access to the Document Management tab in OpenPortal, where authorized users can quickly locate and view lease documents or other types of records associated with facility tenants that might have been created at the time of the rental transaction or thereafter, such as driver license images, insurance policies, and so forth.
NOTE: OpenPortal users who run reports that includes links to tenant documents, such as the Kiosk Lease History report, also require Document Management role permissions to access links to tenant documents included in their reports.
