Lead Tracking role
Authorized users can view and access the Lead Tracking tab in OpenPortal to perform the following administration tasks:
Generate a list of Sales calls handled during a specified time period.
View the rental conversion rate for the calls.
Access links to the Call Notes associated with each call. The notes provide additional information about the contact, including the caller telephone number, notes that the storage counselor entered about the interaction, and a link to the call recording.
Quickly identify and designate possible duplicate contact records, that might otherwise skew rental conversion rate calculations.
Confirm or invalidate contact entries that have been associated with rental conversions by the ISSN (INSOMNIAC Self Storage Network) system.
