This role allows authorized users to view and access the Facility Content tab in OpenPortal to perform Manual Unit Types administration. Manual Facilities capabilities are provided for facilities that choose not to employ a standard property management system. The various entry fields and settings associated with this feature allow users to manually enter and revise unit type information as needed so it can be displayed to LiveAgent! Storage Counselors who handle calls for the facility.
