Allows authorized users to view and access the ICARE tab in OpenPortal. ICARE is the OpenTech contact quality assessment and improvement tool. Users have the ability to generate lists of inbound contact records, select a specific contact, play a recording of the contact interaction and submit a quality score for the storage counselor.
