Main User Administration screen
When you click the OpenPortal User tab, the sub-user entries, if any, that the current user is authorized to modify are listed.
TIP: The Display filter drop down list includes options for All Users, Active Users and Inactive Users that can be used to control which entries are displayed.
User entry columns
Several of the columns for the user entries listed in the main admin screen are only displayed for OpenTech services personnel:
• OTA Admin column - Yes/No setting displayed only for OTA Admin users.
• Account Admin column - Yes/No setting displayed for OTA Admin users.
