Payment Detail report
The Payment Detail Report provides information about tenants who make an automated payment via or by providing their credit card information to an OpenTech Storage Counselor. INSOMNIAC Live! product or service.
Things to know
If your organization uses XpressPay and the system is not configured to allow customers to submit their payment information to Storage Counselors, the payments listed in this report for a given time period may be identical to the payment records presented in the .
Data selection
This report includes the following data selection filters:
• From and To - Defines the Date/Time range for tenant payments.
NOTE: All Date/Time selections are based on the local time zone for the facility.
• Facilities - Displays all facilities under your account. Multiple facility selections are allowed.
Report data
Individual table entries are included for each credit card payment MADE during the specified reporting period.
For each payment entry, the following information is provided:
• Created On - Date and time the payment was submitted, based on the local time zone for the facility.
• Tenant First Name and Last Name
• Caller ID
• Unit / Door Number
• - Last four digits of the credit card used for payment.

Data summarization
Total payment dollar amount for the report time period is shown in the header row associated with each facility.
