XpressPay Detail report
The XpressPay Detail Report provides information about how XpressPay is being utilized by tenants and the amount of revenue that has been collected.

The report table is preceded by a pie chart that summarizes Call Result totals for the specified reporting period.

Facility header rows
The facility header row displays summary data for the total number of calls, balance inquiries, calls that redirected to a storage counselor or voicemail, payments made and total payment amount.
NOTE: Contacts that lack a call result are not included in call totals. This can occur when the contact is abandoned by the caller or otherwise terminated before a call result can be assigned.
Contact entries
Rows are displayed for each call that could be associated with a designated XpressPay call result.
For each call entry, the following information is provided:
Time - All Date/Time entries are based on US Mountain Standard Time (MST) time zone.
Caller ID
Call Result - Counts are displayed for the following outcomes that are supported for XpressPay:
Successful Payment
Balance Inquiry
Sent to Counselor/Voicemail - XpressPay can be configured to give callers the option to speak with a storage counselor or go to facility voicemail. If the caller chooses to speak with a storage counselor but the time is outside of normal operating hours, the call is sent to voicemail and a Call Note is emailed to the facility.
Caller and Unit - Caller identity is recorded for payment submittals but not for balance inquiries or any of the following cases:
- The call went to voicemail.
- The call was handled by a storage counselor but the caller declined to disclose their identity. In this case, either Refused Name (default) or alternate custom text (if specified in the system configuration settings) is shown.
- A Call Note was not created because the caller abandoned the contact before it could be answered by a storage counselor.
- A Call Note was not created because the counselor failed to create one.
Amount - For Successful Payment calls, the amount paid by the tenant.
Call Note - If a Call Note was created for the contact, you can click the icon to view it.
TIP: To display a Call Note in a new window while maintaining the current report output in the current window, set the Format for Excel setting to False. Alternately, you can right-click the Call Note link and select Open in New Tab or Open in New Window from the browser shortcut menu.
