Manage Notifications options
When an overdue tenant follows a system link to the Online payment page, they also have access to the Manage Notifications button, which provides access to the Opt In/Opt Out controls for payment notifications.
NOTE: Tenants who use these settings to opt out of receiving notifications are added to the system blacklist. If a blacklisted tenant subsequently want become eligible to receive payment notifications again, XpressCollect includes capabilities that can be used initiate the opt in process.
