Things to know about XpressCollect reporting
Reports location
To access the XpressCollect reports, login to OpenPortal and go to the following location:
Reports tab > INSOMNIAC XpressCollect
Access permissions
The XpressCollect Reports role must be assigned to access the reports.
NOTE: To view the Manual Calls report, users must also have XpressCollect Manual Calls role permissions.
Reporting time zone
Date filters used to configure reports, as well as all dates and times presented in the reports, are based on US Mountain Standard Time zone.
NOTE: Time offsets for Daylight Savings Time (DST) are not employed.
