What’s new in XpressCollect

The new report is designed to show the amount of time calls spent at the Storage Counselor, starting when the Storage Counselor answered the call to the time it was disconnected. In OpenPortal, the report, which is located in the INSOMNIAC Live! report group, can be accessed at the following URL:

The new retrieval function is called by ISSN updater, which periodically creates a local cache of the data so up-to-date account information is readily available to OpenTech applications such as XpressCollect.
