The new report is designed to show the amount of time calls spent at the Storage Counselor, starting when the Storage Counselor answered the call to the time it was disconnected. In OpenPortal, the report, which is located in the INSOMNIAC Live! report group, can be accessed at the following URL:

7674 (Bug) - XpressCollect Past Due Units report - Values displayed in Days Past Due column off by one day. Due column off by one day
Fixed. The values in the report column did not match the values shown for overdue tenant listings in various XpressCollect sections in OpenPortal.

Customer Note: The new retrieval function is called by ISSN updater, which periodically creates a local cache of the data so up-to-date account information is readily available to OpenTech applications such as XpressCollect.
7351 (Feature) - Recent Call Center Setups (internal report) - Modifications to the list of values eligible for display in the “Products” column.
The scope of possible values that are eligible for display in the Products column of the report has been extended to include the following additional entries: INSOMNIAC Live! AllCalls w/IVR – OTPLans, INSOMNIAC Live! RollOver w/IVR – OTPlans, INSOMNIAC Live! RollOver w/IVR – PS and INSOMNIAC Live! XpressRes.
In addition, the following products, which have been deemed unnecessary with respect to the intended purpose of the report, are now excluded from consideration: INSOMNIAC Live! Voicemail, INSOMNIAC LiveAgent! and Live! XpressPay.
