Accessing system capabilities

When you select the XpressCollect tab in OpenPortal, the Locations page is displayed as an initial starting point for system administration. Entries are listed for one or more facilities that you have been granted permission to access.

Each facility entry also includes one or more links for some of the more common administration functions that your role permissions authorize you to use. A fully authorized user would see the following additional links:

NOTE: If your organization has a license for XpressCollect Manual Calls, a link to the controls for that application is also displayed in the navigation pane.
