Sending preset messages
The Preset Messages feature provides access to one or more standard, read-only messages that can be sent to select tenants on an as needed basis.
To send a preset message:
1. In the XpressCollect navigation panel, select Send Preset Messages.
A list of tenants at the selected facility is displayed.
NOTE: If you are authorized to access messaging capabilities for more than one facility, you can change the facility selection or choose more facilities in the Selected Facilities list, as needed.
2. To restrict the list of tenants to entries that meet your needs, use the Days Late filter to specify a value or range.
To help identify tenants more quickly, you can use either of the following methods:
Click in the heading cell for any or the table columns to sort on that column.
Use the Search function to locate specific tenants by name, unit, phone number or email address.
3. To select message recipients, click in the check box provided at the beginning of each tenant row.
4. Scroll down below the tenant list. Depending how you want to send your messages, choose a preset message from the Text Message and/or Email Message selection lists.
5. Review the content to verify that you have selected the proper message and then click the Send button.
