Dollars Collected report
The report lists entries for payments that were submitted after the tenant accessed INSOMNIAC Online or XpressPay, or contacted the call center and provided their payment information to a storage counselor.
Things to know
This report considers all payments made during the specified reporting interval that were submitted to OpenTech automated payment systems or to a storage counselor at the OpenTech call center.
Report data
The following information is provided for each payment entry:
Date - The date and time when the payment was submitted.
Facility, Tenant and Unit.
Amount - Total payments sumbitted by the tenant during the specified reporting interval.
Paid From - Method of payment submittal. The following values are valid:
• INSOMNIAC Online - Payment submitted from the Online payment page.
• XpressPay - Payment submitted from XpressPay.
• INSOMNIAC Live! - Payment submitted by contacting the call center and providing payment information to a storage counselor.
