Facility Summary report
This report provides facility-level view of XpressCollect operations and outcomes. Counts and totals are displayed for the following items:
XpressCollect notification messages that were sent to tenants and message responses, in terms of message links clicked by tenants and return made by tenants to the XpressCollect phone number from which the message was sent.
Payments submitted to the Online payment web site after the tenant arrived at the site by following a link provided in a notification message.
Combined totals for payments submitted by tenants through other OpenTech Alliance applications and services.
Report data
The following summary information is provided for each facility specified for the report:
Messages Sent - Total and individual counts for all XpressCollect messages sent by text and email during the time period specified for the report. Counts include scheduled notification messages, plus any other preset or manual messages sent by XpressCollect users.
Links Clicked - Total counts and counts by delivery channel for the number of times that message recipients clicked a payment link in a text or email notification.
Calls - Total number of return calls made by tenants who responded to a text message by calling the XpressCollect number from which the text was sent.
Online via XpressCollect - Total number of payments and payment amounts submitted by tenants who accessed the Online payment site by following links provided in XpressCollect notification messages.
Total - All Sources - Total number of payments and payment amounts submitted by tenants through any of the following methods: INSOMNIAC Online, XpressPay and payments processed for the tenant by a LiveAgent! storage counselor.
