XpressCollect reports : Notification Response Trends report
Notification Response Trends report
This report shows how the number of messages that need to be sent to overdue tenants is changing across scheduled notification intervals. The number of messages that need to be sent at each notification interval should diminish over time as tenants receive reminder messages and submit payments. Users who are authorized to access data for multiple facilities can use this report to look for possible differences in tenant response rates between facilities.
Things to know
The number of columns included in the report output reflect the scheduled notification intervals set up for each facility in the Edit Scheduled Messages screen. If the scheduled notifications that have been administered for the facilities selected for the report do not share the same Days Late notification setting, the rows for different facilities will display empty cells as needed.
For example if scheduled notifications for “Facility A” are based on Days Late settings of 3, 5, 7, and “Facility B” notifications are set for Days Late values of 2, 5 and 8, the report will include Messages Sent columns for overdue notification days 2, 3, 5, 7 and 9.
