Opt-Out report
This report provides the current list of tenants who elected to be added to the facility blacklist for text notifications, email notifications, or both.
Things to know
Since separate blacklists are maintained for opt-out requests associated with text and email notifications, separate blacklist entries are displayed for each delivery method.
Report data
The following information is proved for each blacklist entry:
Date - when the tenant was added to the blacklist.
Opt-Out Method - How the tenant was added to the blacklist. The following methods are possible:
INSOMNIAC Online - After going to the online payment page, the tenant clicked the Manage Notifications button and deselected the Enable Email Notifications option or the Enable Text Message Notifications option.
OpenPortal - The tenant contacted the facility, asked to be added to the blacklist, and facility personnel went to the Tenant Exclusions page and changed the tenant notification status from Active to Blacklisted.
Text - The tenant responded to a text notification by sending of the supported opt out keywords. For more information, see Adding and removing tenants from the facility blacklist.
Contact Info - The phone number or email address associated with the blacklist entry.
Tenant, Days Late and Amount - Values displayed for Days Late and Amount are based on current account data.
