Past Due Units report
This report lists all units that are past due and the amounts owed.
TIP: The summary row included at the bottom of the last page of the report provides a total count for the number of units that are currently overdue and the total past due amount.
Report data
For each facility specified for the report, the following information is presented:
Tenant and Unit.
Due Date.
Notices - Total counts for all scheduled and unscheduled notification messages sent to the tenant by text and/or email after the listed Due Date was passed.
Last Notified - Date and time when the most recent notification was sent to the tenant.
Days Past Due and Amount - Values based on current account data.
