Tenant Status report
This report provides information about all tenants at a facility with respect to their current account status, whether they have opted out from receiving system notifications, and the number of notifications, if any, that were sent during the time interval specified for the report.
Things to know
• Date selections made in the From and Through date filters specify time intervals during which messages were sent.
• Past Due and Opted Out values are based on current data.
Report data
Facility, Tenant and Unit.
Past Due - Yes/No status based on current account data.
Phone Opted Out, Email Opted Out - Yes/No values based on current blacklist data.
Text Sent and Emails Sent - Counts based on notification that were sent during the time interval specified for the report.
Last Notified - Date and time when the most recent notification message was sent to the tenant.
