XpressCollect includes an automated validation service which verifies the functionality of mobile phone numbers and email addresses that are on record as points of contact for the primary name on the account. The service runs on a nightly basis to identify non-functional tenant numbers and addresses and store the information so it can be displayed in XpressCollect reports.
